CANCELLATION POLICY: -

You can cancel your order by contacting customer support within 24 hours of order placed.

Once your order is shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. In case you choose to cancel your order, cancellation charges may apply as per the nature of product.

In this case, once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, for prepaid orders we would need a maximum of 5 business days to initiate refund.

 Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund to bank account or credit card. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Surprise Home Linen.
