As per our policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

However, if it is discovered that a wrong product has been delivered to you or the product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to resolve your problem and re-fulfill your order.

You can report your problem, complaint or query related to the ordered product by contacting us within 72 hours of delivery at +91 93215 08581 between 10:00 am to 6.00 pm IST or email us on with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the product.

Our team will investigate the issue and revert within 48 working hours. Please ensure that the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a sale-able condition until the problem is resolved. We reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any such problem/ complaint as we deem fit.

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in store.
